I 'd have to pay more till my automobile passed the California emissions test. Think what? It didn't! Literally one hour of planning could have saved me tons of time and countless dollars. Another hour or so at the California Department of Motor Automobiles would've fixed all my license and registration issues. Since I didn't do this, I had to invest numerous days at a dive motel, got buffooned mercilessly by my friend, and lost a lot of money I might've invested on brand-new furnishings for my brand-new home phone.
